Hi, I’m Jimmy and I’m here to help you feel better, find your spark again and reconnect with yourself.

After many years working as an auxiliary nurse and in caring roles, I’ve seen first-hand how important it is to feel supported, understood, and seen. My journey with Reiki began during a difficult period in my life and I honestly say it was a lifesaver. It helped me reconnect with my own spark and now, I help others do the same.

I offer in-person Reiki healing sessions here in Penshaw, as well as online appointments for those further afield and can't get in. If you’re feeling burnt out, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of an emotional reset, Reiki offers a gentle and powerful path back to balance.

My approach is open and welcoming to both men and women and I create a calming, grounded space where you can relax, release and realign.

Let’s work together to help you feel better from inside and out. I am full member of the UK Reiki Federation and also Insured with a full DBS check.
