I’m Jimmy, a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, UK Reiki Federation member, and fully insured, DBS checked Therapist based in Penshaw, Sunderland.

My work focuses on regulation and mental health resilience. I specialise in supporting men who are feeling low, overwhelmed, burnt out or constantly under pressure, while also working with women who want a calm, grounded professional approach to wellbeing.

Many of my clients come to me when they are struggling with anxiwty, poor sleep, emotional overload or feeling stuck in survival mode. Rather than relying on talking alone, Reiki works directly with the body, helping the nervous system move out of chronic stress and back into a state of calm and balance.
